Your Responsibilities: * **Creative Design:** Creating memes and visual content for a community of over 7 million followers. * **Video Editing:** Producing dynamic Shorts and Reels for YouTube and social media platforms. * **Media Management:** Publishing news on web portals (WordPress) and social media. * **Customer Service:** Managing emails and tracking advertising sales. * **Administrative Support:** Organizing daily tasks and preparing simple reports. Requirements: * Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). * Ability to perform fast video editing (CapCut or Premiere). * Excellent spelling and writing skills (mandatory). * Ability to follow processes and work toward objectives. * Residency in **Ciudad Victoria, Tamps.** We Offer: * **Salary:** $5,000 net per biweekly pay period ($10,000 per month). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM). * **Work Mode:** On-site office work (first three months for training), with potential transition to hybrid or remote work thereafter. * **Work Environment:** Dynamic workplace utilizing state-of-the-art technology (AI, automation).
