Position Summary: Frontend Developer with React for a new ERP, collaborating with backend teams and the Product Owner to implement modules and potentially develop mobile applications with Flutter. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain the React-based web frontend for a new ERP. 2. Collaborate on mobile application development using Flutter. 3. Participate in agile ceremonies and projects without legacy systems. **Position Objective:** You will join ST’s development team—the new ERP of R\&C Soluciones—designed from the ground up as a public API. Your primary responsibility will be to **develop and maintain the React-based web frontend**, collaborating with the backend team and the Product Owner to implement various system modules. In a later phase of the project, mobile application development in Flutter will begin, where you may participate in building the app by consuming the same public API. This is a full-time position at ST, with no legacy system maintenance required. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain ERP interfaces using React \+ DevExpress. * Consume REST APIs from the backend (C\# / Azure) to build functional modules: Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, among others. * Implement screens based on previously approved mockups serving as functional specifications. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to validate interface flows and behavior. * Ensure every delivery passes through staging before production (no exceptions to this policy). * Participate in agile ceremonies: weekly refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of frontend development experience with **React** * Experience consuming **REST APIs** (authentication, error handling, asynchronous states). * Knowledge of **Git** (branching workflow, pull requests, code reviews). * Ability to work with designs and mockups as specifications. * Autonomy to advance on written requirements without constant supervision. **Desirable:** * Experience building administrative or business interfaces (administrative systems, SaaS, ERP, CRM, operational dashboards). * Experience with complex grids and forms (DevExpress, Syncfusion, AG Grid or similar). * Exposure to projects related to operations, logistics, or finance. * Basic knowledge of Flutter or willingness to learn it. * Experience with Azure DevOps (boards, basic pipelines). * Familiarity with accounting principles or Mexican tax regulations (SAT, CFDI). * Backend C\# experience. **Benefits** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm **Work Mode:** Full-time, 100% payroll, Hybrid mode (in-office days defined with the team) **Salary:** $25,000 to $30,000 MXN gross **Statutory Benefits** IMSS Vacation and vacation bonus Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) Profit-sharing Seniority bonus Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Flexible hours * Remote work Work location: Hybrid remote in 44610, Lomas Del Country, Jal.
