This position works using technology to streamline and improve business processes; provide SAP and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of applications; follow up and take proper actions to provide IT support to issues resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in Global Information Technology (GIT). **Main R****esponsibilities** * Perform the design, unit testing and coordinate business integration tests of systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards. * Devise and recommend inventive and creative solutions to solve complex business problems * Collaborate with Business Partners in the construction of business requirements * Document detailed specifications of configuration design, tests, and training programs * Share development / design documents with other IT members and/or business users * Perform system configuration in SAP and components * Work directly with SAP on a technical level in order to solve application issues * complex SAP notes * Respond to users requests for information and assists in problem resolution * Maintain production system reliability through utilization of change management process * Drive integration and standardization of process across Global Information Technology * Understand and utilize project management methodologies to build and manage project plans for Global **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business * Bilingual (English/Spanish) * A proven track record of performance with at least 2 years participating, developing, configuring or implementing SAP modules **Preferred Qualifications** * Do you have experience Supply Chain modules (Logistics Execution, Transportation Planning) * Desired experience on Supply Chain modules (Logistics Execution, Transportation Planning) * SAP Experience with MM or SD modules * ABAP/JAVA knowledge * Strong oral \& written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish). * Very strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures. * Strong desire to expand knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level * Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
