You’ll be a technical expert on the **Mobile Engineering – Android** team, setting best practices, delivering high\-impact features, and mentoring fellow developers. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver fast, secure, and delightful mobile experiences. In this role, you will: * Drive Clara’s Android technical roadmap in collaboration with Engineering leadership. * Architect modular, reusable components using **Kotlin**, **Jetpack Compose**, and modern Android libraries. * Lead development initiatives of new product features while improving app reliability, performance, and maintainability. * Promote and uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship. * Contribute to hiring and onboarding as we scale the Android team. * Advocate for a product\-driven, quality\-focused mobile engineering culture. ### **Who you are** *We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
