At Evolsoft, a company dedicated to enterprise software development, we are seeking a person for the Customer Support area, with a strong ability to learn and excellent computer skills. **Responsibilities** * Attend to customers and resolve questions regarding the use of our systems. * Provide general guidance, training, and support in using the software. * Route incidents or requests requiring follow-up. * Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers. **Requirements** * Computer skills (mandatory). * Ability to quickly learn new things. * Interest in interacting with people. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organization and responsibility. * No prior software experience required (training provided). **We Offer** Starting salary: $9,500 per month.
