We are seeking a Senior FullStack Developer with advanced experience in web development, capable of building robust solutions for both frontend and backend. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of modern technologies such as AWS Lambda, JavaScript (for Backend and Frontend), React, Vue.js, and experience implementing cloud-based solutions. You are expected to lead projects, work under agile methodology (Scrum), and have experience working with Google Analytics. Responsibilities: **FullStack Development:** Create and maintain high-performance web applications using technologies such as JavaScript (Node.js for backend), React, Vue.js, and Angular for frontend. **AWS and Lambda:** Develop, deploy, and manage serverless functions using AWS Lambda, optimizing processes and services requiring scalability and high availability. **Google Analytics Integration:** Implement and manage UTMs, events, and advanced Google Analytics configurations to improve metric tracking and data analysis within applications. **Agile Methodology (Scrum):** Actively participate in agile development cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams on sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. **Cloud Development:** Manage and optimize AWS-based cloud solutions, working collaboratively with solution architects to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure. **Performance Optimization:** Ensure fast load times, high availability, and a smooth, error-free user experience. **Maintenance and Scalability:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as application scaling according to business needs. **Technical Mentoring:** Serve as a technical leader for other team developers, ensuring code quality, adherence to best development practices, and promoting continuous learning. **Requirements** **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack web application development. **Backend:** Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) for building robust backend solutions. **Frontend:** Solid experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, and Angular for frontend development. **AWS:** Advanced knowledge of AWS architecture and solutions, including hands-on experience with AWS Lambda. **Google Analytics:** Experience implementing UTMs, events, and advanced Google Analytics configurations. **Operating Systems:** Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration. **Agile Methodology:** Experience working with Scrum and tools such as Jira or Trello. **Version Control:** Proficiency in Git and GitHub. **Databases:** Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). **Communication Skills:** Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts in both Spanish and English. **Benefits** We offer: * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plans) * 15 days of Christmas bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social Security insurance * PTU/Profit sharing * Biweekly food vouchers * Professional growth and development plan * Remote work support
