Responsibilities * Coordinate the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure). * Track schedules, deliverables, and responsible parties for each project. * Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations for management. * Identify risks and support area leaders in developing action plans. * Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, scope, and budget. * Collaborate with Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other involved departments. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. * 2–3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or PMO functions. * Basic knowledge of project methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Proficiency with tracking tools (Excel, Project, Trello, Jira, Monday, or others). * Strong organizational, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
