Position Summary: Ensure accurate calculations and timely updates of compensation schemes at point-of-sale locations to optimize sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with departments to implement changes in compensation plans. 2. Validation of ranking evaluations every 8 weeks. 3. Configuration of functions that impact compensation schemes. Position Objective Guarantee accurate calculations of current Compensation Schemes across Geography (Points of Sale), as well as timely updates aligned with business and market requirements, to sustain optimal sales performance. Main Responsibilities Work collaboratively with involved departments to ensure correct implementation of any parameter changes within a Compensation Scheme.\* Validate ranking evaluations every 8 weeks for Compensation Schemes at Points of Sale.\* Configure new functions that directly impact the origin of Compensation Schemes. Candidate Profile Knowledge of payroll processing, fixed and variable compensation schemes, Tower Watson methodology, and salary tables.
