General Manager – Boutique Hotel La Paz, Baja California Sur Full-time Hotel Casa Bo is seeking a General Manager to lead the overall operations of an independent boutique hotel in La Paz, Baja California Sur. This role combines hotel operations, team leadership, guest experience, and business management. We are looking for someone with sound judgment, sensitivity, and strong execution capabilities—someone who understands boutique hospitality as a balance among service, efficiency, and experience. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership * Oversee daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and common areas). * Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest care. * Resolve operational and service issues independently and judiciously. * Lead, train, and supervise small, multidisciplinary teams. Revenue & Platforms * Supervise PMS, OTAs, and the booking engine. * Manage rates, occupancy, cancellation policies, no-shows, and upselling. * Monitor key performance indicators and operational results. Experience & Activations * Coordinate on-site experiences, events, and collaborations. * Manage group bookings, buy-outs, and special stays. * Oversee the guest experience from start to finish. Administration * Supervise cash handling, payments, vendors, and operational reporting. * Control inventories, costs, and internal processes. * Collaborate closely with senior management on continuous hotel improvement. * Required Profile * 5–15 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management. * Prior experience in boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotel projects. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Experience leading teams and managing daily operations. * Strong organizational, decision-making, and execution skills. * Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and service orientation. Additional assets: * Experience in events, group bookings, or weddings. * Familiarity with PMS and OTA platforms. * Sensitivity to design, experience, and detail. * Interest in joining a growing project.
