We seek someone who enjoys follow-up, is quick and efficient on WhatsApp, and takes pleasure in closing sales with organization and empathy. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling customers and managing leads from start to finish (WhatsApp, phone calls, email, referrals, Facebook, and Messenger). * Scheduling, confirming, and following up on video calls with customers (ensuring attendance). * Updating the CRM (Bigin) and commercial/operational records (Ana, WhatsApp, and other channels), ensuring full documentation. * Preparing customized quotations and proposals based on customer needs. * Conducting timely follow-up until closure; resolving customer inquiries as the liaison between the customer and the company. * Formalizing closures: confirming terms, dates, scope, and next steps to ensure smooth onboarding. * Drafting and managing service contracts and acceptance letters. * Managing calendars and schedules: video calls, onboarding/completion dates, reminders, and internal coordination. * Requesting post-service feedback and promoting positive Google reviews. * Light prospecting (referrals/partnerships) and tracking progress. * Weekly reporting: leads, sales, funnel status, and key metrics. What we’re looking for (requirements): * Experience: 2–4 years in service sales and follow-up (healthcare or service industry experience preferred). * Tools: CRM (Bigin preferred), WhatsApp, Gmail/Calendar, Sheets/Docs, Meet/Zoom, Facebook/Messenger. * Key skill: Excellent written communication (especially via WhatsApp) and strong organizational skills for documentation. * Solution-oriented mindset, disciplined follow-up practices, and friendly, professional conduct. How we measure your success (KPIs): Response time, video call show rate, lead-to-closure conversion rate, average ticket value, and number of generated reviews. Schedule and work arrangement Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, office-based. Base salary + uncapped commissions (with growth potential based on performance).
