We work hard so you feel comfortable in your own shoes. **Job Mission:** Drive brand growth and positioning through comprehensive strategies, data analysis, and creative execution **Job Responsibilities:** * Define and implement brand strategies, 360-degree campaigns, and communication plans for Mexico. * Develop and present sales and inventory performance reports by channel to partners and headquarters. * Coordinate monthly briefs for social media, influencers, activations, and PR with the digital agency. * Approve and manage graphic content, samples, and brand materials for internal and external clients. * Analyze inventory, monitor EOL (End-of-Life) products, and define discount strategies. * Manage advertising campaigns for e-tail channels in collaboration with specialized agencies. * Administer the annual marketing budget and ensure expense control. * Prepare biweekly reports for the brands and weekly reports for the sales department. * Define product strategy and develop seasonal assortments for the purchasing process. * Support the creation of databases and order tracking across various channels. **Requirements:** Marketing experience — fashion or retail Experience managing multiple brands and coordinating external agencies Knowledge of branding, sales, social media, PR, analytics, and inventory management **Offer Conditions:**
