**Grupo Panamotors**, a Mexican company with over 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, is seeking an **Automotive Financing and Insurance Manager** with extensive experience in the automotive industry, a strategic mindset, and strong commercial vision. **Key Responsibilities** * **F&I Department Management:** Lead the Finance & Insurance department, ensuring efficiency in credit processing, warranty sales, financial products, and insurance. * **Negotiation with Financial Institutions:** Maintain strategic relationships with banks, leasing companies, and insurance providers to secure competitive terms for customers. * **Margin Optimization:** Develop strategies to increase business unit profitability through placement of financial products and complementary services. * **Closing Supervision:** Coordinate with sales advisors and closers to ensure each transaction has the appropriate financing or insurance plan prior to delivery. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all operations comply with internal policies, audits, and regulatory requirements (CONDUSEF, financial institutions). * **Analysis and Reporting:** Generate reports on credit placement, approval rates, insurance penetration, and profit margins. * **Commercial Training:** Train the sales team on F&I products, presentation techniques, and financial value proposition. * **Customer Experience:** Ensure professional, ethical, and trust-oriented service throughout the financing and insurance contracting process. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. * **Experience:** * **Minimum 2 years in automotive F&I** * Solid experience negotiating with financial institutions, insurance companies, and leasing firms. * In-depth knowledge of automotive financial products, interest rates, margins, and regulations. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary: **$18,000 base salary** * **Attractive variable bonus** tied to profitability, product placement, and F&I penetration. * Statutory benefits * Continuous training and career development plan within the group. * Stability and growth within an expanding automotive company.
