You will also play a key role in expanding our customer portfolio and achieving targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promotion and placement of group loans. * Follow-up and collection of payments from assigned groups. * Develop strategies to expand the customer portfolio. * Keep records updated and submit daily reports. * Conduct field prospecting activities (cambaceo). * Coordinate visits and maintain strong client relationships. * Attend portfolio review meetings and analysis sessions. **Requirements:** * Ability to build strong client relationships. * Experience in sales or promotion of financial products (desirable). * Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and team-focused. * Availability to work in the field and at branch locations. * Excellent time management and autonomy. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional growth and continuous training. * Competitive base salary plus attractive performance-based incentives. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:45 am to 2:00 pm.
