Our goal is to be key partners in helping both amateur and professional athletes, as well as individuals seeking to improve their physical well-being, achieve their goals more quickly, safely, and efficiently. * Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Mode: In-person **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Commercial Relations, Physical Therapy, Sports Science, or related field (graduate or certified). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, and use of ERP/CRM systems. * Passion for sports and active participation in at least one sport. * Availability to attend events, conferences, and sports activities nationwide on weekends. * Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously prospect new clients. * Meet monthly sales targets and performance indicators. * Provide high-quality service and personalized follow-up to clients. * Make calls according to scheduled sales campaigns. * Close sales following company-established procedures. * Visit corporate offices and sports centers to conduct product demonstrations. * Manage all requirements for event attendance. * Attend national events representing the company and generating sales opportunities. **We Offer:** * Base salary + attractive commission structure. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements.
