Effectively manage clients within their portfolio based on each client's life cycle and individual strategy to develop, engage, or retain them, while increasing customer satisfaction to gain greater market share (volumes and products) profitably through effective promotion of banking products and services, providing excellent quality personalized service and attention. **Your responsibilities** Ensure high-quality service for profitable branch customers, preferred customers, customized commercial banking clients, high-value banking segment customers, and personal banking portfolio clients. Carry out effective promotional and sales activities for the range of products and services offered by Personal Banking and Commercial Banking within the BBVA Group, closely monitoring progress using management tools specifically developed for tracking customer development. Manage assigned portfolio clients, seeking to increase their loyalty and engagement with the bank by selling additional products and services that meet their needs. Promptly address and resolve any complaints from clients assigned to your portfolio in compliance with institutional regulations. Compile and maintain up-to-date single-client files for Personal Banking clients assigned to your portfolio, strictly adhering to the regulations established by the BBVA Financial Group. Ensure periodic renewal of documentation for high-risk clients. Ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Service Levels established by the BBVA Financial Group. Increase loyalty among Personal Banking clients through proactive account management and a comprehensive client perspective, selling additional products and services tailored to their needs. Provide personalized advisory services to Personal Banking clients through regular visits offering comprehensive solutions based on their specific requirements. Develop clients identified as having high potential—those with high incomes detected and assigned to your portfolio. Retain clients who currently have significant relationships with the institution. Dedicate at least 70% of daily available time to sales and servicing of the client portfolio. Maintain and update the single file for each client assigned to your portfolio, strictly complying with BBVA-defined regulations. Timely manage the recovery of credits contracted by clients. **Qualifications** **If you have:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field. Active affiliation with a banking institution. Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Banker or Account Executive. Strong knowledge of banking products: consumer credit, credit cards, insurance, etc. Experience in telephone sales (desirable) Proficiency in the following competencies: \- Negotiation. * Customer service * Goal-oriented work and leadership. **Compensation and Benefits**60 days of bonus pay, 20 vacation days, and vacation premium exceeding statutory requirements.
