




At Serviap Global, we are seeking a Payroll Executive with experience in payroll outsourcing, solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, and willingness to join a dynamic, results-oriented team. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum experience: 2–3 years in payroll calculation and administration for payroll outsourcing. **Technical Knowledge** * Full payroll calculation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, INFONACOT, SUA, IDSE). * Special payroll processes (year-end bonus, profit-sharing, severance payments, liquidations, savings fund). * Tax calculation and annual tax adjustment. * Determination of occupational risk premium. **Responsibilities** * Process and validate clients’ payroll in compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal policies. * Manage affiliation-related transactions with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliations, including incident reporting. * Manage special payroll processes and year-end fiscal closing. * Provide support and assistance to national clients on payroll-related matters. **Key Competencies** * Service-oriented attitude and customer focus. * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Assertive communication and teamwork.
