Position Summary: We are seeking a Group Coordinator to ensure excellence in hotel event services by planning, organizing, and resolving incidents with effective communication and customer attention. Passion for service and effective communication Join our team as: Group Coordinator: Responsibilities include ensuring service standards for groups and events booked at the hotel, such as planning, organizing, executing, conducting detailed reviews, handling complaints, and informing all departments to improve service. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Gastronomy, or related fields (technicians, interns, or graduates). Experience: Customer service experience; knowledge of various event setups; executive-level event coordination experience. English language: Basic (hotel industry terminology). Qualities: Passion for service and customer attention; empathy with customers; strong verbal communication skills; sense of urgency; effective communication across all organizational hierarchy levels; and organizational skills.
