




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer/Architect with experience in technical and dimensional surveys for industrial maintenance projects, collaborating with design and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts technical and dimensional surveys on site. 2. Collaborates with design and engineering teams for drawing preparation. 3. Identifies interferences and risks in projects. Description and Details of Activities Conduct technical and dimensional surveys on site to obtain accurate information enabling the preparation of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring proper execution of industrial maintenance projects. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Conduct plant visits for inspection and dimensional surveying of equipment, structures, piping, and work areas. * Use measurement tools (tape measure, retractable tape, laser distance meter, calipers, level, etc.) and specialized equipment (3D scanner, if applicable). * Document current conditions using sketches, photographs, and technical notes. * Interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications to validate field information. * Collaborate with design and engineering departments for drawing creation or updates. * Identify interferences, risks, and special conditions affecting project development. * Prepare technical reports with field-collected information. * Comply with industrial safety procedures and PPE usage requirements. * Coordinate with clients and other departments for equipment access, work permits, and data collection. Experience and Requirements **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in technical surveys, field measurements, industrial maintenance, or installation. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings. * Proficiency with measurement tools and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). * Knowledge of industrial safety standards. **Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organization and time management. * On-site problem-solving. **Working Conditions** * Field work (industrial plants, workshops, construction sites). * Willingness to travel. * Mandatory use of PPE.
