Serve all customers with a service-oriented attitude and good manners. **\- Verification of work tools:** Verify that all services such as phone, email, and platforms are functioning properly at the start of the day. **\- Customer service:** Record all customer requests using the various work tools. Efficiently handle all customer complaints, claims, and suggestions. Provide information about the products and services offered by Dalefon. Follow up promptly on all customer requests. Interact with customers using positive language and avoid complex or technical terms. Respond to messages without spelling errors and using standard wording.
