ERP system operation, excellent customer service, and proactivity **Job Objective:** Provide timely customer service and maintain ongoing commercial relationships with clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction with the company’s products and services. **Salary:** $11,000 net **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer purchase order management and follow-up * Coordination of sample shipments (courier or parcel service) * Requesting and tracking product splitting * Customer onboarding into the system (ERP) * Logistics coordination for deliveries (local and out-of-town) * Customer service and follow-up via phone, email, and messaging * Invoicing preparation in accordance with internal processes * Generation of reports and performance analysis for the department * Compliance with quality management system standards **Requirements:** * Technical diploma, completed high school, or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * ERP system proficiency (mandatory) * Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities * Teamwork orientation and results-driven mindset * Adaptability to change and proactive attitude **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,500.00 \- $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
