




Responsible for providing customer service and advice to Chubb auto policyholders who have experienced a claim. The primary responsibility is to identify the client’s current stage in the claims process and provide support by escalating to the appropriate departments. The role has nationwide coverage. This position interacts with Auto-related departments, including Adjustments, Valuation, Quality, and various administrative departments.
