Responsibilities: **What You’ll Do:** * Manage and grow our client base, including hospitals, clinics, and referral sources * Build strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare practitioners * Provide foundational guidance to practitioners as they navigate their needs based on the services we provide * Track referral data and achieve monthly goals * Follow\-up on leads and ensure timely closing of service contracts. Qualifications: **What We’re Looking For:** ✔ **Bachelor’s degree preferred**in Communication, Business, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration ✔ **Minimum 2 years of experience**required ✔ **Bilingual (English/Spanish)**required ✔ Prior sales, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred ✔ Ability to engage key decision\-makers and build strong relationships ✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills ✔ Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills ✔ Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities ✔ Goal\-driven with a track record of exceeding expectations ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ✔ Experience with CRM eg.
