Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver-Sales Representative for direct sales of sweets and snacks, including store visits, product promotion, order taking, prospecting, and collections. Use of assigned vehicle and achievement of sales targets **Retail Driver-Sales Representative** **Salary and Benefits** * Base salary: **$9,582 per month**. * **Weekly bonus payments** based on sales performance. * Statutory benefits. **Work Schedule and Days** * **Schedule:** 7:00 a.m. until completion of route * **Working days:** Monday through Saturday **Responsibilities** * Direct sales of sweets and snacks onboard the vehicle. * Visits to establishments (e.g., convenience stores, stationery shops, etc.) within the assigned route. * Product promotion and placement. * Order taking and fulfillment. * Merchandise arrangement and display at point of sale. * Prospecting for new customers. * Collections and cash handling. * Achievement of sales targets. * Proper care and use of the assigned vehicle. **Requirements** * Field sales or retail channel experience (preferred). * **Valid Class A driver's license.** * Experience driving standard vehicles. * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales. * Availability for fieldwork. * Ability to handle product loading.
