Position Objective Manage and control cybersecurity projects on time and as planned, achieving the fulfillment of deliverables committed to the CISOS/BISOS being served. Main Responsibilities Develop and monitor the work plan with established activities in synergy with the involved areas. \*Measure compliance with agreed tasks in projects and operational areas. \*Monitor non-compliance or delays in activities. \*Generate indicators (KPIs for scope, risks, time, resources) for our clients to support decision-making. \*Keep CISOS/BISOS, technical leaders, or area managers informed about project status and results. \*Provide visibility into the capacity planning of resources assigned for project tracking. \*Monitor suppliers regarding contracted services and/or HW/SW (if applicable). \*Maintain the Management System updated. \*Generate project documentation according to the type of project and management style. \*Comply with methodologies, documentation, and/or activities specified by PMO Governance. \*Create tracking dashboards using the management tool. \*Update work plans and strategic maps.
