Key Responsibilities: * Monitor daily the assigned individual credit indicators and targets, and implement necessary actions to achieve business objectives. Ensure that loans comply with credit risk policies prior to disbursement. * Stay informed about updates and changes to Individual Credit policies. * Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and reinforcement training processes for team members under supervision. * Design routes and strategies for outreach and market niche development targeting micro-entrepreneurs requiring individual credit. * Ensure compliance with and correct application of VFM policies, processes, and protocols by team members under supervision. * Prepare monthly portfolio closing reports. * Build and foster a strong team by providing guidance, direction, and motivation. * Follow up on collection management conducted by team members with delinquent clients. * Supervise proper file integration generated by team members under supervision. * Participate in credit committees and provide relevant observations on submitted loan applications. * Commitment to the Organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
