Position Objective As a home collection manager, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for clients in their first weeks of delay, building long-term relationships with our customers. Main Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their application. * Understand customer needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle operation skills. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Proficient in mobile device usage. * Goal-oriented with focus on achieving targets. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
