Security Agent Protocols** A) Report for duty at the scheduled time. B) Arrive properly uniformed. C) Report to immediate supervisor and record shift commencement in the logbook. D) Inspect work area conditions jointly with the outgoing officer. E) Chronologically and thoroughly document all incidents occurring during the shift. **B) Incidents to Record:** * Incidents detected during patrols or rounds. * Instructions communicated before or during shift handover. * Inventory of assigned equipment and tools (first-aid kit, flashlights, keys, cell phones, radios, chargers, pens, etc.). * Entry and exit of vehicles (tractor-trailers and company vehicles). * Found or turned-in lost items. * Visits by supervisors and/or General Management. * Facility inspections conducted. * Instructions and directives issued by the client. **2\. Operational Processes** A) Conduct a general walkthrough upon assuming and handing over the post, verifying doors, windows, vehicles, warehouses, common areas, and administrative areas. B) Confirm full presence of incoming shift personnel; otherwise, immediately notify the supervisor and await relief. C) **Under no circumstances** abandon the work station. D) Keep communication equipment active at all times. E) Implement security procedures for access control of: * External individuals * Users, visitors, and suppliers * Bag and backpack inspection (per internal procedures) * Packages and parcels * Raw materials and products F) Keep doors secured with locks or keys visible to the security officer. G) Monitor and supervise via CCTV, detecting irregular activities violating internal regulations.
