Participation in continuous improvement projects A leading company in home delivery and package logistics is seeking: Logistics Operations Specialist **Responsibilities** Analyze logistics network performance (hubs, routes, carriers). Monitor and improve KPIs such as OTD, SLA, costs, and productivity. Design and optimize routes, coverage, and network capacity. Identify bottlenecks and propose operational solutions. Coordinate with hubs, operations, transportation, and last-mile teams. Evaluate performance of suppliers and logistics partners. Support the opening, adjustment, or closure of hubs/routes. Develop reports and dashboards for decision-making. Implement operational standards across the network. Track recurring incidents at national/regional level. Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects. **Requirements:** 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile operations. Experience managing suppliers. Knowledge of logistics network management (hubs, routes, carriers, suppliers). Experience in operational data analysis and process optimization. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience with TMS / WMS / tracking systems is desirable. Ability to work with KPIs and SLAs. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication for multifunctional coordination. Planning and follow-up capabilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
