This role is critical to ensuring that processes are carried out punctually, systematically, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Support the efficient and accurate coordination and dispatch of drivers. * Monitor and track delivery routes, providing real-time support in case of any contingencies. * Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. * Use dispatch software and GPS systems for route tracking and optimization. * Prepare and maintain daily operational records and reports. * Assist in training drivers and new operational staff. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards. Profile Requirements: * Fluent English (interviews will be conducted in English). * Prior experience in supervision, coordination, or operational support. * Availability to work on Sundays. * Ability to start activities early (shift begins at 5:00 am). * Students welcome. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
