Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive executive with excellent administrative and customer service skills to support the operational planning of Loyalty Programs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in administrative activities and customer handling. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Economics. Responsibilities: * User support for Loyalty Programs. * Tracking and resolution of incidents (e.g., lost or damaged products, warranties, etc.) reported by customers or partner courier services. Supporting users via phone calls to obtain correct addresses or improved order details for pending shipments. Administrative support tasks. * Maintaining an incident log. * Tracking shipped packages through partner courier services until successful delivery confirmation is received. * Providing daily requested information to partner courier services to finalize package deliveries. * Updating the database with improved customer-provided data to release orders blocked due to incomplete information. * Preparing and tracking special shipments (e.g., reshipments, compensations). * Validating delivered packages against shipping documents provided to Logistics and Distribution.
