Job Summary: We are seeking transportation monitoring operators with experience in GPS monitoring, customer service, and trip/delivery tracking to ensure appointment punctuality. Key Points: 1. Experience in GPS monitoring and cargo transportation. 2. Customer service skills and verbal communication proficiency. 3. Management of trip status and delivery coordination. Responsibilities: * GPS monitoring — direct contact with drivers and customers * Trip or delivery status updates * Verification of timely and proper departure (scheduled appointments) * Contact via telephone or WhatsApp * Monitoring operators with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in transportation monitoring Requirements: * Experience in cargo transportation industry * Customer service orientation * GPS monitoring capability * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/finalized bachelor’s degree * Verbal communication proficiency Work Schedule: * Availability for rotating mixed shifts (day and night) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Transportation management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
