This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about driving business growth within an assigned market. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and support day\-to\-day operations within your assigned market * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driver partners * Assist in driver onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements * Help drivers increase trip volume through strategic planning and support * Monitor market performance and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets * Execute operational tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years experience in operations support and/or management * Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) * Strong client management experience, handling both customers and partners * Highly tech\-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to execute tasks efficiently and follow through with minimal supervision * Goal\-driven with a strong focus on achieving monthly revenue targets * Willing to work remotely on the US Eastern Time (ET) schedule Nice to Have* Data\-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and suggest improvements * Experience in logistics, transportation, or marketplace operations What We’re Looking For* Someone who is passionate, proactive, and dedicated to business growth * A team player who can take ownership of their market and drive results * A problem\-solver who can think strategically and act quickly
