Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as general cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Air conditioning maintenance 2. Minor general maintenance repairs 3. Assistance in corrective and preventive maintenance tasks · Inspect and perform maintenance on the company’s air conditioning units. · Conduct minor general maintenance repairs on company furniture and facilities. · Request equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies required to carry out assigned activities. · Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance tasks according to the established work schedule. · Inspect finishes, defects, or malfunctions arising within the facilities. · Carry out activities (painting, cleaning, oily water level control, tank cleaning, chamber cleaning, sweeping, and garbage removal) within the facilities. · Inspect and keep the facilities’ air conditioning units clean. · Maintain cleanliness of the grease trap channel. · Perform preliminary maintenance on plug and/or contact connections. · Keep the facilities’ windows clean. Conduct internal civil protection follow-up.
