




Job Summary: Position responsible for receiving, tracking, and monitoring customer and unit requirements, managing incidents and trip-related documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of customer and operator requirements. 2. Monitoring of units and tracking of shipment schedules. 3. Preparation of reports, processing of bonds, and handling of documentation. **Requirements**: * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 24+ * Education: High school diploma / Incomplete university degree * Experience: 1 year in freight transportation industry * Strong sense of urgency * Flexible working hours * Responsible / Proactive **Key Activities**: * Receiving and tracking customer requirements via email. * Fully addressing operators’ needs, issues, or complaints. * Monitoring all company units via GPS service. * Tracking shipment schedules. * Entering trip ticket traffic into Fusion/Prophesy system. * Preparing incident reports. * Requesting unit repairs and/or maintenance. * Reporting trip status to Customer Service. * Collecting operators’ trip documentation (bonds, customs entry forms, waybills, vehicle registration cards). * Receiving signed and stamped proof of delivery for completed trips. * Processing American box bonds in SAAIT system.
