Focus on recruitment for the logistics sector **National Leading Company in Logistics Solutions:** We are looking for individuals with recruitment experience in the **LOGISTICS** sector, especially for hiring transportation operators. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, organized, and highly capable of efficiently managing selection processes. Responsibilities: * Posting job vacancies and recruiting candidates for various positions, especially in the operational area * Screening, selecting, and interviewing suitable candidates to fill vacancies according to the company’s needs. * Conducting initial interviews and psychometric tests. * Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring proper induction. * Keeping the candidate database up to date. * Collaborating with the administrative department on documentation required for hiring and registration with relevant institutions. * Supporting the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, among others. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the **Logistics** sector. * Knowledge of selection processes, interviews, and psychometric tests. * Ability to establish interpersonal relationships and strong communication skills. * University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields. * Knowledge of current labor regulations. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
