We are looking for your talent as a MOTORCYCLE COLLECTION MANAGER **Requirements:** Experience in customer service or sales Extensive experience riding motorcycles (mandatory), with a valid driver’s license Excellent negotiation skills Customer service orientation Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. **Job Purpose:** Conduct collection, retention, and recovery activities for equipment (at the customer’s home and/or workplace), in strict compliance with company policies and procedures; act promptly to recover overdue payments; advise customers and promote current payment plans to resolve outstanding balances; and obtain updated contact and location information for borrowers.
