On-site work in a dynamic environment **Job Description:** Degasa, a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of wound care materials and medical devices, is looking to expand its team with a ***Credit and Collections Officer*** Requirements * Technical degree in Accounting or Administration * 2 years’ experience as a collections officer * Portfolio recovery experience * Experience handling government accounts (***Mandatory***) * Motorcycle license (***Mandatory***) ***Job Objective*** * Ensure timely customer collections in accordance with established contracts to apply payments or settle accounts, and manage payment processes with trade partners. ***Key Responsibilities*** Prepare a collection log for assigned customers. Collect invoices returned by transportation upon delivery of goods, and those returned by the warehouse. Identify customers with overdue payments and ensure full debt recovery.
