Results-oriented mindset and goal-based work ### **Position: Collection Agent** **Work Location:** CDMX **(IZTAPALAPA/ COYOACAN/ AZCAPOTZALCO)** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 hrs **Work Modality:** On-site ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of collection experience (telephone or field) * **Own motorcycle or automobile** * **Valid driver’s license** * **Mandatory helmet use in case of motorcycle** * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset and goal-based work * Gender-neutral ### **We Offer:** * + Base salary of $10,000 NET monthly + Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of salary + Commission plan based on achievement of targets (no cap) + Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary + 12 vacation days + Vacation premium of 25%
