




We are looking for a **Training Analyst** passionate about talent development and experienced in instructional design. You will be responsible for identifying staff training needs (especially in operational, service, and kitchen areas), designing high-impact programs, and evaluating their effectiveness, ensuring that the Ambrosia team maintains the **level of excellence and premium service** that distinguishes us. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Needs Assessment (NCA):** Apply and analyze tools (surveys, performance evaluations, observation during events) to identify knowledge and skill gaps across all areas. * **Instructional Design:** Create dynamic and effective training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, *e\-learning*) for technical topics and *soft skills* (protocol, customer service, hygiene, etc.). * **Coordination and Logistics:** Organize course logistics, ensure resource availability, and coordinate participation from internal trainers or external providers. * **Execution and Facilitation:** Deliver training sessions and workshops, ensuring content is adapted to the pace and needs of operational and administrative staff. * **Impact Evaluation:** Design metrics (KPIs) to evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on service quality and job performance. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years as a Training Analyst or Specialist, We offer: $12500 \- $14000 MXN Monthly Apply for our vacancy to learn more about the process and get to know us better.
