




A growing company is seeking a **Recruiter** to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes. This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting candidates for operational, administrative, and technical roles—ensuring timely hiring, high-quality placements, and compliance with internal policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute full-cycle recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, follow-up). * Collaborate with hiring departments to define role requirements. * Develop job descriptions and competency-based candidate profiles. * Post vacancies on job boards and professional networks. * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress. * Document recruitment progress in weekly vacancy reports. * Maintain the candidate database and talent pool. * Ensure compliance with hiring policies and confidentiality requirements. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * 1–3 years of recruitment experience (operational, administrative, or technical roles). * Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews. * Proficiency with job boards and recruitment tools. * Basic knowledge of HR metrics. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and decision-making. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Clear and professional communication. * Attention to detail. * Empathy and interpersonal skills. * Effective management of confidential information. **Working Conditions** * **Salary:** MXN $10,000 – $11,000 per month (based on experience). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. * **Work Mode:** In-person. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Career growth path within Human Resources. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Involvement in expansion projects. **IMPORTANT NOTE** The **first week is considered a probationary period**, during which supervised tasks will assess performance, adaptability, and compliance.
