**Job Description:** We are seeking a Graphic Designer specialized in narrow-web flexographic prepress, responsible for ensuring that artwork files are technically suitable for the production of self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging.**Key Responsibilities:** * **File Preparation:** Adjustment of final artwork, application of trapping, dot gain compensation, and calculation of distortion curves. * **Color Management:** Color separation (CMYK + Spot Colors/Pantones) and creation of digital dummies or color proofs. * **Technical Layout:** Preparation of negatives or files for cliché engraving (photopolymer plates), optimizing material utilization. * **Quality Control:** Review of legal text, barcodes (magnification), and client technical specifications. **Technical Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in flexographic prepress (narrow-web expertise is mandatory). * **Software:** Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
