





* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources as an analyst, generalist, or implementation specialist with responsibilities in payroll preparation, recruitment, and labor relations. * Intermediate Excel skills, ability to analyze information. Skills: * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and execute processes efficiently. * Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Responsibilities: * Recruitment of operational-level staff; receipt and processing of documentation; file compilation. * Submission and analysis of preliminary payroll. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Taxpayer Registry (RIT), etc. * Contract administration and renewals. * Implementation and follow-up of training and development programs. * Development of procedures. * Personnel administration: distribution of uniforms, credentials, etc. We offer: Salary: $15,000 gross monthly 950 food vouchers Benefits exceeding legal requirements Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays on rotating half-day on-call duty Work location: La Joya, Cuautitlán, Mexico
