Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support the administration, monitoring, and improvement of Talent Management processes, including recruitment, training, and personnel administration. Collaboration in workplace climate and internal communication initiatives We are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** to support the proper administration, monitoring, and improvement of Talent Management processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection, including job posting, CV screening, and initial interviews. * Manage the onboarding process to ensure effective integration. * Monitor the annual training plan and manage evidence in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. * Support performance management, collection of evaluations, and follow-up on improvement plans. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and documentation required for internal and external audits. * Support workplace climate, wellness, and internal communication initiatives. * Prepare departmental reports (turnover, vacancy coverage, training, etc.). * Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and regulations related to Talent Management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of recruitment, training, and personnel administration. * Ability to work with documented processes and audit requirements. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation. * Must reside near the Santiago Tianguistenco area. **We Offer:** * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Medical membership * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their CV to recursos.humanos@quimicaplata.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,600.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounted cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
