We are looking for committed talent eager to become part of our story. **NIGHT SHIFT** **Job Description:** We seek a motivated individual who enjoys challenges to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR process management, focusing on operational staff support while ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. **Responsibilities:** · Provide on-site support to operational staff, addressing inquiries and managing requests related to payroll, attendance incidents, leave applications, and vacation scheduling. · Support the organization and logistics of events, ensuring attendance tracking and recordkeeping. · Deliver the operational training program during the assigned shift. · Monitor attendance incidents, tardiness, and absenteeism among operational staff. · Manage distribution of payroll slips, certificates, and official documents. · Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify safety, hygiene, and workplace environment needs. · Support implementation of organizational development initiatives aimed at improving operational staff retention. · Prepare periodic reports on active personnel, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR indicators. · Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies in all assigned processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed Industrial Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree * Preferred: At least 1 year of experience supporting operational staff on-site or performing related HR functions. * Basic knowledge of personnel administration. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, reporting). **We Offer:** * Weekly salary payment and statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers, attendance bonus, and punctuality bonus. * Opportunity for training and technical growth. * Positive work environment. **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM** Work location: **Tultitlán** **Starpack – Committed to quality, talent, and the future.** A proudly Mexican company.
