




**GRUPO IMPERQUIMIA** A leading company dedicated to the construction materials sector, with presence throughout Mexico, 55 years of history and success, is seeking: **SALESFORCE CRM ANALYST** Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field **Objective** To carry out the administration, support, and implementation of improvements in the CRM, contributing to ensuring the sales force has the necessary tools to achieve their objectives. **Knowledge** * SAP SD Module * Salesforce CRM * Office * E\-Learning * Excel **Responsibilities** 1\. Know and comply punctually with all established policies and procedures. 2\. Handle various CRM-related matters (customer creation, information updates, technical support, workflow development, implementation of improvements, etc.). 3\. Identify and propose CRM improvements. 4\. Support the operation and coverage of the SAP SD module. 5\. Verify the process and correct application of discounts and prices transferred appropriately to the CRM as defined in SAP. 6\. Coordinate with the SAP Administrator and the SD Key User for the generation of reports (invoicing, customer creation, generated orders, discounts, etc.). 7\. Provide support to sales during the monthly closing process (customer creation, orders, discount applications, invoice stamping, etc.). 8\.
