




Position Summary: Manage personnel assigned to systems projects and support CAPEX and OPEX budget management to ensure full staffing coverage and effective financial resource administration. End-to-end management of the consultant lifecycle **Position Purpose** Manage personnel assigned to systems-area projects to ensure 100% operational staffing coverage. Additionally, support CAPEX and OPEX budget management by administering financial resources allocated to technology-related projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate with staffing agencies on administration and supply of external resources. * Ensure end-to-end management of the consultant lifecycle, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with internal processes. * Monitor recruitment processes promptly—from requisition initiation through full position coverage. * Conduct market-based cost analysis and collaborate on operational and strategic budget administration for the systems area. * Monitor external vendors’ adherence to organizational requirements, policies, and authorized processes. * Develop reports and information analyses aligned with operational needs, communicating progress until activity closure. **Decision-Making Authority** * **Autonomous:** Validation of Job Descriptions (JDs), verification of vendor proposals for Purchase Order (PO) requests, and direct response to employee inquiries. * **Collaborative with Management:** Market cost analysis for project hiring, approval of new systems profiles, and management of promotions or exceptional circumstances. **Required Profile** * **Work Experience:** * Minimum 3+ years as a Human Resources Analyst * 1–3 years as a Human Capital Generalist * Prior experience in Personnel Administration and Recruitment (primarily IT profiles) * Desired experience in Human Resources, Human Capital, or Administration sectors * Relevant bachelor’s degree (completed) **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Data analysis, report generation, and Talent Management * Vendor coordination (basic level) **Digital Tools (Software):** * **Intermediate/Advanced:** Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (reporting, KPIs, pivot tables, charts, data modeling, formulas) * **Basic:** SAP, Org Plus, and ServiceNow. **What We Offer:** * **Real Impact:** Direct participation in high-impact projects. * **Growth:** Dynamic environment for learning new libraries. * **Compensation:** Statutory benefits plus additional benefits. * **Location:** On-site work in Coyoacán, CDMX.
