Human Resources Analyst Key Responsibilities * Manage **job openings and recruitment processes**, from requisition to position fulfillment. * Coordinate **consulting firms and talent vendors** for hiring specialized profiles. * Manage the **lifecycle of consultants and personnel assigned to projects**. * Analyze **hiring costs and market benchmarking data**. * Track **departmental activities and projects**, monitoring progress until closure. * Generate **reports and information analyses** for decision-making. * Support the **administration of project-related budgets (CAPEX/OPEX)**. * Ensure compliance with **policies, internal processes, and administrative controls**.
