Analyzes hiring costs and generates reports for decision-making. **Position:** Human Resources Analyst We are seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** with an operational and analytical focus, responsible for **managing the administration of personnel assigned to technology projects**, coordinating consulting vendors, and ensuring compliance with internal Human Capital department processes. This role has a strong emphasis on **external talent management, information analysis, and coordination with business units**, ensuring that projects have the right resources in terms of time, cost, and quality. Human Resources Analyst Key Responsibilities * Manage **job openings and recruitment processes**, from requisition to position fulfillment. * Coordinate **consulting firms and talent vendors** for hiring specialized profiles. * Manage the **lifecycle of consultants and personnel assigned to projects**. * Analyze **hiring costs and market benchmarking data**. * Track **departmental activities and projects**, monitoring progress until closure. * Generate **reports and information analyses** for decision-making. * Support the **administration of project-related budgets (CAPEX/OPEX)**. * Ensure compliance with **policies, internal processes, and administrative controls**. Human Resources Analyst Required Profile and Skills * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**. * Experience in **recruitment, personnel administration, or talent management**. * Analytical skills and ability to **interpret data and generate reports**. * Experience coordinating **talent vendors or consulting firms**. * Strong organizational, tracking, and multitasking abilities. * Effective communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills. * Proficiency with tools such as **Excel, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems**.
