Responsibilities: * Support users in addressing financial requirements Requirements: * ***Experience****: 5\-10\+ years in SAP; 4\+ years in S/4HANA. Proven experience in retail.* * ***Functional knowledge****: One or more core modules (MM, AP, AR, AA, SD, FI, CO, GL, PP/ATP), pricing/promotions, retail master data (materials, hierarchies, assortments), inventory, and supply chain.* ***Technical knowledge****:* * *ABAP for S/4HANA, CDS Views, Fiori (roles/authorizations), SAP Gateway.* * *Integration with PI/PO and BTP/CPI, IDoc, OData, API Management.* * *Basic HANA modeling and performance tuning.* * ***Methodologies****:* ***SAP Activate****,* ***Agile/Scrum****, basic DevOps (CI/CD for transports, automated testing preferred).* * ***Business skills****: Ability to map processes, perform Value Stream Mapping, and define outcome-oriented KPIs (sales, shrinkage, fill rate, OTIF, inventory accuracy, margin).* * *Excellent communication with business and technical teams; ability to translate functional requirements into solutions.* * ***Conversational English (preferred)**** What we offer: * **6-month project, with possible extension up to 1 year** * Competitive salary plus statutory benefits * Hybrid work model in Nuevo León (Monterrey) * Preferred candidate holds a visa, in case international travel (e.g., USA) is required Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $35,000.00 MXN per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * SAP HANA: 5 years (preferred) * ABAP: 5 years (preferred) * DevOps: 3 years (preferred) Language: * Conversational English (preferred) Work location: Hybrid remote work in 64480, Talleres, N.L.
