Requirements: * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the position * Valid driver's license type A Responsibilities: 1.\- Receive clients visiting the dealership requesting maintenance, repair, or aesthetic services for their vehicles, providing professional guidance to identify their needs and generate the appropriate work order 2.\- Perform a vehicle inventory in the client's presence to verify its physical condition upon receipt and confirm included accessories 3.\- Make recommendations to purchase additional services or missing accessories not initially requested by the client, aiming to improve the vehicle's condition and increase sales for the company 4.\- Monitor assigned work orders; communicate with the client regarding changes in the promised delivery date, inform them of prices not initially quoted, or any other work order-related information, and ensure timely and proper vehicle delivery 5.\- Conduct a general inspection of the vehicle before delivery to confirm it meets all necessary delivery conditions 6.\- Review pre-invoices for completed work orders to ensure all charges applied are correct 7.\- Deliver the vehicle to the client, explaining the work performed, charges incurred, service warranty, and any other relevant information to complete the service and ensure customer satisfaction 8.\- Inform the client promptly via phone call about any delays or complications regarding requested repairs, to avoid unauthorized repairs and prevent customer conflicts.
