Experience in electrical installations, plumbing, and painting (desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out and complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders for facilities. Maintain corresponding logbooks for institutional facilities. Source and compare supplier options to select the best option for purchasing materials and contracting services. Manage and control inventory for installation of new air conditioning equipment, as well as track maintenance due dates for such equipment. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sunday off. **WE OFFER:** Social security coverage from the first day of employment. 15 days’ year-end bonus.
